DIY Chai Tea Mix!

Chai Tea is my all time favorite tea.  IN THE WORLD!  My husband is constantly making fun of me because that's all I seem to order when we go out to eat.  Plus the countless recipes I've collected on Pinterest:  http://pinterest.com/EverydayJessica/drinks-teas-smoothies/

Most of the cafes that I go to use an instant tea mix.  When I found the recipe last week I was so excited!  The only thing I had trouble finding was the instant tea.  You can find that anywhere in the USA, but I went to a Superspar out here in South Africa and I found it.

When my sister came to visit us last June, I had her bring the Starbucks Chai Tea concentrate so that I could have it at home  :)

Chai Tea Mix here I come!
What you need:
1 cup dry powdered milk
1 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
1 cup French vanilla flavored non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cupse unsweetened instant tea
2 tsps. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg

LETS GET STARTED!

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with a wire whisk.

Add small amounts to a blender or food processor and blend until it becomes a fine powder.

And that's literally it!
I was so amazed and wished I had found this a long time ago.

To serve:
Add 3 tsps. (1 Tbs.)  to a mug of hot water.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you want.

This is also a really great gift idea!
