- 2 cans of tuna in water
- 1 can of red beans
- 2 handfuls of shredded carrots
- 1 handful of chopped scallions
- 1 tablespoon of hot salsa
- 1 tablespoon of plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a big bowl and then wrap the mixture in spinach tortillas.
