Homemade Strawberry Sauce

So many people don't have a clue on how easy this is to make.  I remember a long time ago, that I didn't even try because I had just assumed that it was hard.  NO WAY!

I went to the store earlier and bought some Haagen Dazs ice cream!
This will go so good with that  :P

Lastly, this is another great way to use up those bulk strawberries that you didn't get around to eating.
Just make a batch of this sauce, and freeze it!
1 lb. hulled, chopped strawberries
1/4 cup sugar (I use Splenda)
1/4 cup water
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. cornstarch 
(depending on how juicy the strawberries are)

Simply put all ingredients into a small sauce pan and simmer until it thickens.
